Duties:
- Greet people coming into office, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services, and provide information in person and by phone
- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls from a multi-line switchboard, taking messages and providing information as required
- Schedule interested participants for intake session
- Check and forward voicemail messages
- Perform clerical duties
Qualifications
Essential Skills: · Excellent oral communication · Decision making · Problem solving ·Job task planning and organizing
Successful applicants will have:
- 2-3 years of clerical office or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to offer superior customer services skills both in person and on the phone
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and a typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Above average organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Be an effective team member
- Ability to obtain a criminal record check and be bondable
Compensation $26250 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
