Job Description: Caretaker Supervisor

S.A.M. (Management) Inc., a non-profit property management company, is currently seeking a mature, experienced individual for a newly developed full-time position within our maintenance department. The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in property management. Skills required will consist of: a demonstrated understanding of building maintenance, skilled at setting priorities, developing work schedules, problem solving, motivating and building teams. Proficiency in computer applications in Microsoft Office, Spectra and Maximizer. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Salary will be based on experience.
