Spence Neighbourhood Association Seeks an Executive Director
Spence Neighbourhood Association (SNA) is a grassroots run inner city community economic development organization working in the areas of Greening/Image, Housing, Youth, Community Economic Development, and Safety. We are currently seeking a full time executive director to begin in August, 2010. In joining this organization, you are joining a group of 25 staff and more than 350 volunteers who have been working in the inner city and in social justice work for many years. The successful candidate has the tools to support this group to continue to grow and build on its strengths and to work towards this richly diverse inner city neighbourhood’s goals of inclusivity, health, and collective strength. S/he will also demonstrate the ability to strengthen the Board of Directors in its efforts to define the strategic priorities of the organization.
