The position is funded through partnering organizations and as such, specific candidate requirements must be met to satisfy funding requirements. In addition to the desired qualifications, the successful candidate must also be:

-Under the age of 35 years of age at time of application with a strong desire to pursue a career in business/economic or community development; and

-An Aboriginal candidate, with preference given to Registered Status Indian or Inuit applicants.
