RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the front-of-house in order to ensure an efficient and profitable operation through the maintenance and creation of operations systems, budgets and strategies related to staff training and development, accounting of daily operations, as well as promotion of product. Responsible for ordering, receiving goods, equipment R & M, daily cash activities and systems, resolving customer issues, ensuring food safe standards, monitoring the actions of staff and customers to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are observed. The Front-of-House Manager will be responsible for the analysis of financial data and pricing strategy as well as recruiting and hiring new kitchen and serving staff in consultation with other management in Diversity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive attitude; strong & focused work-ethic; awareness of business and management principles involved in leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; experience in food services operational procedures and policies; knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training; knowledge of principles and procedures for implementation and assessment of staff development opportunities; and an awareness of educational institutions and the role that food services play in this specific context.
