We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time positions. Responsibilities and tasks will first focus on bicycle repair and customer service and will increasingly include other aspects of running a small business.

Assets: 

- Experience with bicycle repair or other mechanical aptitude 

- Experience with worker cooperatives or other experience with group decision making

- Willingness to complete a 2 year apprenticeship before member eligibility

- Passion for cycling or involvement in the Winnipeg cycling community

- Customer service experience

- Self-motivation and creativity

- Other skills or experience related to running a small business

- Flexibility to work more shifts in summer and fewer in winter
