Natural Cycle is currently hiring for part-time or full-time positions. Responsibilities and tasks will first focus on bicycle repair and customer service and will increasingly include other aspects of running a small business.

Assets:

• Experience with bicycle repair or other mechanical aptitude
• Experience with worker cooperatives or other experience with group decision making
• Willingness to complete a 2 year apprenticeship before member eligibility
• Passion for cycling or involvement in the Winnipeg cycling community
• Customer service experience
• Self-motivation and creativity
• Other skills or experience related to running a small business
• Flexibility to work more shifts in summer and fewer in winter
