Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate organizational communication plan
- Development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic materials
- Design, develop, maintain and update content for HiC website and social media
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement in the development of communication products
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in communications and experience with a not for profit organization in this role
- Strong facilitation and consultation skills
- Experience preparing print and electronic for various target audiences
- Experience using social media to engage stakeholders
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting and with community agencies
- Knowledge and understanding of program planning and evaluation
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
