Full-time one year term with potential to become permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement program evaluations
- Provide evaluation consultation and support
- Facilitate related training
- Identify and address resource needs
- Participate in development of knowledge exchange materials
- Encourage an inter-sectoral approach to addressing well-being
- Support the use of best available evidence for decision making
Requirements
- Master's degree in planning, health, social services or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program planning and evaluation
- Experience with quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods, as well as community based research methods
- Strong facilitation and consultation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written (including reports and proposals), and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting and with community organizations
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong computing skills including word processing, data management, and analytic software.
