Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (DOQ)

About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual who is passionate about children's educational programming and career development.

The Children Rising Program Parkand Region is a career exploration program specifically tailored to youth. 120 students from Skownan First Nationa, Parkland communities, and Winnipeg take three weekend trips a year to the University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg, and Red River College, where they get the chance to explore many different career paths.

Skill Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field an asset
• Understanding of regional barriers to education
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working with youth and Aboriginal communities
• Experience working on Mac computers an asset
