The nonprofit sector is only as strong as its workforce. Based on years of information sharing and collaborating with partners from across the nonprofit sector, the Ontario Nonprofit Network (ONN) is developing a Human Capital Renewal Strategy (HCRS): a systematic approach to renewing the nonprofit sector's labour force in Ontario with particular attention to such issues as succession planning, retention and recruitment.
In order to develop the HCRS, ONN and the HCRS Partners' Advisory Council (PAC) seek a Researcher who will engage proactively with ONN, the PAC and stakeholders across the sector to undertake Phase 1 of the HCRS (Data Collection).
