Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the organization. The Executive Director will provide leadership, counsel and guidance in planning and directing the organization, implementing the strategic plan, and building and maintaining effective relationships between CTCHC and its key internal and external stakeholders, including Board, staff and key community partners. Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with the vision, mission, and values.
Qualifications:
- Post graduate training in public/human services or business administration, or a combination of an undergraduate degree with significant senior management and leadership experience
- Proven senior management experience as an administrator of a non-profit organization in the community health or social service field
- Ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with other community agencies, board of directors and government agencies
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and sensitivity to, the impact of social, economic, environmental and cultural issues on diverse communities
- Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication , negotiation, conflict resolution decision making and problem solving
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Maintains knowledge of current social/health issues, and legislation affecting primary healthcare and social service delivery.
- Experience with an overall strategy for evaluation of outcomes

Salary range: $83,628 to $111, 504 plus benefits
