Community Education Development Association (CEDA) hosts the Pathways to Education-Winnipeg program which focuses on lowering high school drop outs rates, and increasing access to post-secondary education. We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to work as a Program Manager to support the Pathways Program.
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in a non-profit sector and a minimum three years’ experience in management or supervisory role, preferably in unionized environment
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, education or social work from a recognized university
- Experience in program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Knowledge and experience working in an Aboriginal community in particular with youth
