Supporting Employment and Economic Development Winnipeg Inc. (SEED) is a Community Economic Development organization. We operate programs to support individuals living on a low income to stabilize their financial situation and build their asset base by saving for productive assets or household necessities and accessing government entitlements. The Asset Building Program (ABP) Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating Money Management Training, delivering matched savings programs and the development and expansion of customized programming for Aboriginal community members. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in program design, project management and curriculum development. Responsibilities will also include providing personalized support to individuals facing multiple barriers, providing referrals to community supports, and program administration. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with Aboriginal community members. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience (range starting at $41,918/annum). SEED Winnipeg Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
