MGR is seeking to hire a Repair Technician.

Qualifications:

• Experience with painting, patching and basic carpentry.
• Effective problem solving skills
• Effective verbal communication and record keeping
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work some evening and weekends
• Valid class 5 (F) driver’s license

As part of the Repair Crew, the incumbent is responsible for day to day production including: Residential drywall patching, painting, and basic carpentry. Successful candidates will also, take direction from the Lead Hand, troubleshoot problems as they arise, and perform other duties as assigned.
