The Café Etico is a local social enterprise and we are looking for an exceptional sales-marketing representative who can effectively represent our product.
This is a new position, which will run for a pilot period of 6 months, with strong potential for continuation based on the ability to meet sales targets and prove itself sustainable by securing new, long-term accounts.
We will be using a directed approach, targeting select sectors of the industry.
Compensation will consist of a generous salary + commission.

Responsibilities:
- Increasing sales of roasted coffee to specific target markets
- Achieving sales targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Acquiring and demonstrating excellent product knowledge (including all aspects of ethical business)
- Regularly updating coordinator as to progress, strategies, etc.
- Communicate with customers and potential customers via on-site visits, phone & email
About the position:
We are seeking a sales and marketing contractor – this means that you will primarily use a home-based office, your own cell phone and computer with internet.
A vehicle, valid driver’s license and valid car insurance is required.
The position is equivalent to one day per week (7.5hr); you will manage your time strategically according to what is appropriate for effectively communicating with customer leads and closing sales.
