Hours: Full time Days Monday to Friday

The Lunch Bell Bistro is a teaching kitchen and working restaurant. Our goal is to provide sustainable employment for individuals with additional support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a functioning kitchen
  • Presentation of kitchen staff and students
  • Menuplanning, costing and ordering for restaurant and catering

Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years experience in the food service industry
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Must be an effective leader, manager, trainer, administrator, team builder and communicator
