Synopsis:
Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the Lethbridge Thrift Shop including operational, staffing and financial aspects.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated, take initiative, work as a team with board, staff and volunteers; strong communication and interpersonal skills; retail experience is strongly desired.
Assignment Description:
Reports to Thrift Shop Personnel Committee; prepare regular operational, budget and financial reports;
Duties:
Attend MCC meetings and events as requested; lead Christian-based Thrift Shop operations.
Location Description:
Thrift Shop is located in the city of Lethbridge, Alberta, near churches and health facilities.
Challenges:
This position may require some moderate lifting.
