Stella’s Circle is looking for a dynamic, passionate leader to be its CEO. We are looking for somebody with visionary leadership and a creative, entrepreneurial spirit, who as CEO, will ensure that the mission of Stella’s Circle is carried out with integrity and professionalism.

You have a broad understanding of how organizations function so that you can provide advice and services on a range of matters such as program delivery, fund development, training, social enterprise, operations, human resources and administration. You have significant and proven leadership skills in the business and/or social services sector and success at fund development strategies.

You will be the communications nexus between boards and staff. You are politically astute and a confident and passionate communicator, who is comfortable in multiple environments. You are highly skilled and effective in the use of traditional and emerging modes of communication and social media.

You have a Masters Degree in Business, Community Development and/or Social Sciences with 10 years experience in a senior management position. Equivalencies will be considered.
