Qualifications:

Essential:

• Experience supervising staff, including performance management and assignment of tasks
• Experience in estimating, planning, and scheduling
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong verbal, written and customer service skills
• Proficient use of computers/tablets, email programs
• Familiar with a variety of cloud tools
• Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
• Able to work some evening and weekends
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals
• Valid class 5 (F) driver’s license and vehicle

In conjunction with the BNS Lead Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating day to day activities including: timely responses to work orders, procuring materials, troubleshooting problems as they arise, liaising with end users, providing technical advice, supervision and assisting field staff, progress inspections, and other duties as assigned.
