As the next Director, Social Enterprise, you will:
- Direct and lead the development, implementation, and management of the Ministry's social enterprise strategy.
- Promote the Office for Social Enterprise as the lead coordinating body within the Government, and facilitate social enterprise organizations in accessing social enterprise programs and/or private investors.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader with superior relationship management expertise who will provide direction and oversight for the execution of social enterprise strategic initiatives.

Direct the programs and operations of the Branch, its staff and the achievement of its objectives for social enterprise policies and programs

As an excellent communicator with strong leadership and relationship-building skills, you will build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, Federal/ Municipal Governments and community groups

- the ministry's social enterprise strategy, functions and responsibilities
- government policy and program development and decision making processes
- government agenda, priorities and the ministry's vision
- You understand and have experience with human resource, administrative, financial and budget allocation policies, processes and systems.
- You have knowledge of outreach and marketing techniques, strategies, and practises.
