CFNA supports the responsiveness, innovation and growth of the 27 Community Futures Organizations in Alberta. We make business dreams happen. Through the delivery of highly effective business programs, training, loans and expert business coaching, we guide entrepreneurs, small and medium size enterprises to open doors and gain a foothold in their communities and beyond.
Leadership, Advocacy, Stewardship - As champion of the CFNA mission and assets, your leadership communicates and advocates for the well-being, development and sustainability of the Community Futures offices across Alberta. Your organizational management skills and applied knowledge of financial lending and investment instruments are second to none. - Demonstrated competence in the development, promotion and delivery of training programs;
- Proven knowledge of commercial finance;
- Proven knowledge of Fund Management and investment strategies;
- Proven knowledge of commercial finance, lending and investment;
- 5-7 years business management/Not-for-Profit experience;
- Post-secondary degree in Business/Finance or combination of experience in business, banking and Not-for-Profit management;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 2013, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license, transportation and be willing to travel 10-15% of work time.
