Family Dynamics Inc. is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational and planning skills. This position reports to the Executive Director and assists with general office duties as well as provides support to the board of directors.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must possess exceptional organizational and planning skills;
- High degree of self motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to manage highly confidential information and material;
- Ability to attend monthly Board of Directors meeting to record minutes;
- Act as board liaison between management and Board of Directors;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Publisher;
- Ability to design and produce agency forms and advertising materials;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team or independently;
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, board and staff;
- Other administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience preferably in a non profit environment
- Minimum 2 years post secondary education
- Clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry check required.
SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience and education
This position falls outside the MGEU Collective Agreement
