Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible for providing planning and evaluation services that help create healthy sustainable communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide planning and evaluation consultation and support
- Facilitate planning sessions and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate implementation of evaluation plans
- Facilitate training and access to resources
- Network with organizations and communities to enhance services
- Encourage an inter-sectoral approach to healthy sustainable communities
- Support the use of best available evidence for decision making
CORE COMPETENCIES
In addition to relevant post-secondary education, preferably a Master’s degree, and at least 5 years working with community organizations, the position requires specific core competencies.
With respect to PROGRAM PLANNING and EVALUATION SKILLS, the demonstrated ability to:
