We are currently seeking proposals for a two-year Columbia Valley Economic Development Officer contract.

The Economic Development Officer will work to fulfill the economic development objectives of the Columbia Valley, including the design and implementation of an economic development strategy, and will be responsible for the implementation of the Resident Attraction and Retention Strategy.

We are looking for a relationship builder with an in-depth knowledge of the Columbia Valley and its business environment, at least five year’s experience in economic development or a related field, and experience in the development of strategic and operational plans.

Proponent must include a curriculum vitae, statement of qualifications and relevant experience in support of their Proposal. Proposals must be received no later than 14:00MT on June 23, 2017.
