Full-time one year term with potential to become permanent 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement program evaluations
  • Provide evaluation consultation and support 
  • Facilitate related training 
  • Identify and address resource needs
  • Participate in development of  knowledge exchange materials
  • Encourage an inter-sectoral approach to addressing well-being
  • Support the use of best available evidence for decision making 

Requirements

  • Master's degree in planning, health, social services or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program planning and evaluation
  • Experience with quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods, as well as community based research methods
  • Strong facilitation and consultation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written (including reports and proposals), and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting and with community organizations
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong computing skills including word processing, data management, and analytic software.
