The Lunch Bell Bistro is a teaching kitchen and working restaurant. Our goal is to provide sustainable employment for individuals with additional support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a functioning kitchen
- Presentation of kitchen staff and students
- Menuplanning, costing and ordering for restaurant and catering
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years experience in the food service industry
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be an effective leader, manager, trainer, administrator, team builder and communicator
