We are currently seeking an Administrative Services Manager. Working in partnership with the Donor Relations & Resource Development (DR&RD) department, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the DR&RD administrative team. Specifically, you will:
- Recruit, train, coach and mentor the DR&RD administrative professionals
- Manage tasks and projects assigned to administrative staff
- Work with other members of DR&RD and United Way’s Information Technology services teams to develop training programs and develop process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Work on various special projects and initiatives
- Provide operational support the VP DR&RD and the Director, Campaign
You’re a hands-on, experienced administrative supervisor and leader with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and motivating staff in a high energy environment. You are organized and resourceful, take initiative, and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You also have:
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to set priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with other staff and volunteers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
