The Counselling Program Manager is a member of the Management Team and reports to the Executive Director. They supervise the Counselling Program Team and are responsible for the overall leadership and implementation of the Counselling Programs at North End Women's Centre.

This is an anticipatory one year term (pending funding approval), starting January 7, 2019 and based in Winnipeg. The position will be 28 to 35 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule and the possibility of renewal.

Under the supervision of the Child Care Program Manager, the ECE II will lead a team of Child Care Assistants to provide quality child care for newcomer children whose parents are participating in settlement and social programs. Develop a comprehensive Communication Plan to enhance the profile of End Homelessness Winnipeg (EHW) and its outcomes, to ensure public and community understanding of EHW’s vision, goals and purpose, and to provide reporting mechanisms and processes to actively engage and encourage collaboration and partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
