We seek an energetic and committed candidate for the following position:

DMSMCA is a non-profit, community renewal organization serving two inner city neighbourhoods in Winnipeg. We are seeking a Community Programs Coordinator to oversee programming in the areas of greening and environment, community building, wellbeing, and safety. This person will be driven to see positive change in our neighbourhoods, and rooted in a community development approach. Their strengths would include relationship building, facilitation of meetings and training or events, and a sensitivity to the historical, demographic, social and economic realities of our neighbourhood.

maintenance accessible to the public by:

• Providing programming, education and resources for community members, groups and organizations
• Supporting and promoting bicycle use within the city
• Supporting new and existing community bike shops
