Over the course of 15 years, Membertou First Nation’s operating budget grew from $4 million to an impressive $112 million, and the Membertou Band jumped from 37 to 550 employees. They are the first Aboriginal community in the world to receive ISO: 9001-2008 certification.

Vern Bachiu, President and CEO of Triall Consulting, has over 35 years of experience working primarily with First Nation and industry clients and has participated on teams that have closed several highly successful acquisitions. He will provide practical ideas to help First Nations and their industry partners move beyond the stage of general interest and successfully convert their intent into business value.
