POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the children and youth program worker is a competent individual committed to IRCOM’s vision and mandate of empowering newcomer families to integrate into the wider community through affordable transitional housing, programs, and services to facilitate their integration to their new home in Canada. The children and youth worker is a vibrant, resourceful individual able to meet the challenges of working with a culturally diverse group of children and youth.

West Broadway Development Corporation (WBDC)

WBDC is a not-for-profit organization that coordinates neighbourhood renewal in our inner-city community. WBDC works with residents and stakeholders toward environmentally sustainable, social and economic revitalization of the West Broadway neighbourhood.

Retention and Training Coordinator

BUILD’s retention and training coordinator is generally responsible for working with trainees to help them meet their short, medium, and long term career goals and professional development objectives.  In general the incumbent is responsible for their exit strategy.  This staff person works in tandem with the Life Skills Coach who is assisting the trainees in their personal development.
