Fall Programs at the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre

The Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre will be running two programs this fall. Our Literacy to Pre - Employment program will run two 15-week programs the first one starting September 8, 2008 and ending December 18, 2008. Registration begins the week of August 25th. This program is aimed at upgrading Literacy skills and is a bridging program to other Adult Basic Education Programs

 

New this fall to the Learning Centre is a joint venture with the Saskatoon YWCA. We will be running a Leap Program which is an Employment training program that will start August 25, 2008 and run for 16 weeks. This program is designed to help unemployed individuals find employment through training and up skilling.
