Thinking of offering some new programs this year, but unsure where to start? Want to refresh or improve your existing programming? Learn how to focus your efforts on developing and delivering programs that will have the greatest impact, given your target audience and your time and resources.
In this three-hour workshop, you’ll be shown a process that can help you plan and design focused, engaging, and effective programming. You'll be shown how to consider your key stakeholders, do a reality-check exercise, and then get creative with programming ideas.
Facilitator:
Margerit Roger, M.Ed. has designed and delivered a wide range of adult education and teacher training programs, including online and classroom-based instruction for industry, government, post-secondary institutions and labour. She approaches program planning as a strategic process, and so looks for programming opportunities that result in personal and collective change.
