Workshop Description:
Collaborative relationships (especially partnerships) are the highest form of human relationships. They require a certain kind of: attitude and orientation, shared values, skills (to establish and manage effectively), processes for joint planning, resolving conflicts and negotiating.
In this workshop participants will explore the nuances between different types of collaborative relationships, what they all share in common, when to establish them and when not to. As well, what they require both in terms of spirit, skills, and process.
