Under the direction of the Senior Director of Reaching Home, the Program Officer is responsible for receiving and reviewing funding proposals under the federal Reaching Home strategy, as administered by End Homelessness Winnipeg. The Program Officer will provide analysis of funding proposals, complete recommendation reports, complete funding agreements, monitor projects and payments as detailed in legal agreements. Specifically, the Program Officer will:
Reporting to the Deputy Minister, as a member of the department’s executive management team, the Executive Director, Social Innovation Office (SIO) is responsible to lead and manage the SIO.
The Information and Referral Coordinator is a member of the Counselling Team, is responsible for the Drop-In Program of the North End Women’s Centre, provides direct service to community women, and provides administrative support to the Centre.
