Sustainability Planning Series

Most non-profits face the challenge of long-term financial sustainability, both in terms of how to do this kind of planning and where to look for these resources. Over these four sessions you will create a long-term financial sustainability plan for your organization using several innovative tools, and your plan will be strengthened by great ongoing feedback from peers in the workshop. For this reason, participation at all four sessions is necessary.

Dates: March 15th, March 29th, April 12th, April 26th - (Four sessions at two week intervals)

Who Should Attend:

People in charge of planning and budgets for their organization; either executive directors or program managers. This understanding is critical for usability of the plan that will come out of the workshops, and for the ability to provide a high level of peer support to others in the group. It is also necessary that those attending the course have the time to complete the homework.

From our experience, Sustainability Plans have the best results when they are created by people within an organization.
