POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the After School Programs Manager or designate, the ASP Lead Support Staff is a competent individual committed to IRCOM’s vision and values. Under the supervision of the ASP Co-Managers, the Lead Program Support Worker will assist in oversight of the After School Programs. This position is integral to the success of the After School, HEY Program.

(2 Term Part Time Positions, until March 31st, 2018)

He/she will work towards empowering program participants to take an active interest in healthy living through recreational, outreach, educational and integration activities. This position is integral to the success of the After School Program.

Working primarily with the Youth United program which engages youth (up to the age of 24) to become involved in United Way’s work in the community, the Community Involvement Manager, Youth United supports activities that provide opportunities for young people to gain leadership skills, build their knowledge, and continually challenge themselves with new opportunities.
