We are currently seeking Sponsored Executives (SEs) to join our team. SEs provide direction, strategic advice and support to a portfolio of companies and organizations participating in United Way workplace campaigns. If all requirements are met, SEs will receive the United Way Leadership Development Program Certificate through a partnership with the University of Manitoba.

Assigned a Division-specific portfolio of workplace accounts and reporting to and working with a United Way Campaign Manager, you will collaborate as an integral member of the Campaign team to:

The Gathering is an inspiring annual opportunity for people interested in community development and community economic development, to connect, learn, and celebrate together.

Gathering Program:

The Gathering has something to offer everyone. From co-ops to social enterprise, housing to food security, or new economy to international development, the Gathering has a workshop for your CED interests. Whether you want to strengthen your organization's capacity, or are just hoping to learn something new, the Gathering is the place to be. Expect fantastic refreshments sourced locally from co-operatives and social enterprises.
