This position manages the Farm Options/Canadian Agricultural Skills Service (CASS) program, a Province-wide Initiative, for Community Futures Parkland (CFP) and Manitoba Competiveness, Trade and Training. The program is designed to help farm families increase their income through skills development and training. Their focus may be improving farm profitability or seeking other employment options.
